Eden Stiles signed with WWE at the onset of 2011 and mostly served as a ring announcer in Florida Championship Wrestling, working only one match as part of a Battle Royal that summer. She made sporadic appearances on NXT and SmackDown in the remainder of the year where she met her future husband, Cody Rhodes, before requesting her release that December.
She claimed her departure had nothing to do with her relationship with Rhodes and cited “unmet goals” as the reason why she left. But once her name was brought up on WWE TV during the Rhodes family's feud with The Authority in late 2013, she was presented with a chance to return and she jumped at the opportunity.
Although Stiles initially planned on training at the Performance Center as a wrestler, it wasn't long before she joined Cody on Raw and SmackDown as a backstage interviewer, later taking over from Justin Roberts as the Raw ring announcer. She was just hitting her stride as an on-air personality when she gave her notice to WWE mere days after her husband did, and apparently the writing had been on the wall for a while for the both of them according to interviews they have conducted since. Now going by her real name Brandi Rhodes, she is currently appearing alongside Cody on TNA TV.
