10 Best Neckbreaker Variations In Pro Wrestling 8. The Back Suplex Neckbreaker

.

It’s rare for a wrestler to lift someone up in a Back Suplex position and drop them in a move other than a Suplex. But there is, in fact, a rarely-seen neckbreaker variation done from this position, and aesthetically, it’s one of the most impressive neckbreaker variations in all of pro wrestling.
Most recently, this version was used by WWE Superstar Manu during his very brief WWE tenure, and has been used by Jay Lethal while in TNA.
The reason it might not be a frequently-seen maneuver might be because it requires considerable skill to pull this move off safely. The user has to lift their opponent straight up and have enough technical skill to turn around and at the same time grab their opponent’s neck at the right time, without wrenching them down.
